Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation:

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, as specified in the booking details.

Payment Policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Health and Travel Insurance:

  • It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers trekking activities at high altitudes.

Liability Waiver:

  • Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the trek, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with trekking and releasing [Your Company Name] from any liabilities.

Force Majeure:

High Pass Treks & Expeditions  is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Minimum Participation:

Complaints:

By confirming a booking with High Pass Treks & Expeditions participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
